我的营养教练集中在糖尿病的预防。运用 CDC的预防二型糖尿病 (Prevent T2)的训练计划帮助糖尿病前期的患者和罹患二型糖尿病的风险较高且希望降低该等风险的人群通过生活方式的转变来逆转或延缓糖尿病的进程。
I believe that God created the world and human beings to be perfect. But since sin entered the world, our human health and environment have faced various challenges, and many foods have been contaminated. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are particularly important for preventing diseases. Moreover, our wellness involves physical, mental, social, financial, spiritual, and emotional areas. These health areas are not independent, and each area contributes to the development of other areas. Our task is to strive to live a healthy and joyful life in this life with God's grace and prepare for eternity.
My nutrition coaching focuses on diabetes prevention. Using the CDC's Prevent T2 training program, I am passionate to help people with prediabetes and those who are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes through lifestyle changes.
